Stroudwater Food Pantry Status – 5/9/21

Hi Team – This week your Stroudwater Food Pantry served 74 families and provided groceries to a total of 174 people. 

Our supermarket food rescue pickups, food donations and purchases totaled 2,442lbs.  Volunteers for this week included Adam, Amy & Jake, Deirdra & Dennis & Stefan, Gary, Jean, Karlene, Kelly, Laura, Lila, Lois, Michelle, Tammy and myself.

Just a few reflections on closing out April:

• We distributed 396 boxes of groceries to families in need.
• 54 of our grocery boxes were delivered to Washington County.
• A total of 9 tons of groceries was distributed in April, and we remain on pace to distribute 110 tons of food this year.
