Stroudwater Food Pantry Status – 7/7/19

Hi Team – This past Sunday your Stroudwater Food Pantry served 48 families and provided groceries to a total of 154 people.  6 new families joined the pantry this week.

Our supermarket food rescue pickups and food purchases totaled 2,253lbs.  Volunteers for this week included, Anne, Carol, Cat, Debbie, Donna, Karlene, Laura, Nicki, Phil, Rena, Sandra, Steve, and myself.

We have an exciting week ahead as we send 3 ½ tons of non-perishable food north with the Washington County Missions Team!  The truck gets loaded this Friday at 5:30pm, and departs Sunday after church as part of the team caravan up to Princeton.  We will run a 4 day food pantry beginning on Monday, and are bringing enough food to feed 180 families.

Please keep the Washington County Missions Team in your prayers, for health and safe travels as the Sea Road and Stroudwater Christian Churches take on numerous home repair projects, and provide groceries to help local families in Princeton and Big Lake!
