Stroudwater Food Pantry Status – 8/6/17

Hi Team – This week your Stroudwater Food Pantry served 40 families, providing groceries to a total of 145 people.  4 new families joined us this week.

Sunday’s supermarket rescue food pickups, plus church donations and this week’s purchased food yielded 2,268 lbs.  This week’s volunteers included Ann, Karlene, Autumn W, Rena, Michael C, Steve, Adam, Jenn, Frank and myself.

During the last couple of weeks your Stroudwater Food Pantry has been serving a homeless person and a homeless couple.  It is not all that often that we serve people who are actually homeless, but we are blessed to be in a position to offer them a meal plan that fits within the limitations of their present circumstances.  Please keep them in your prayers that they find a place to live soon!   —  Doug
