Stroudwater Food Pantry Status – 12/8/19

Hi Team – The Christmas season came in with a bang as your Stroudwater Food Pantry served 58 families; providing groceries to a total of 156 people.  6 new families joined the pantry this week.  Additionally, this week we had a large U.S.D.A. (TEFAP) food pickup, so the total food for the week topped 2½ tons! Volunteers included, Adam, Anna, Anne, Cat, Cathy, Debbie, Jean, Karlene, Lois, Nick, Nicki, Phil, Renee & Hazel, Steve, Tammy, and myself.

This month we have partnered with the following corporations for Christmas food drives:

• The Spectrum Communications Corporate offices
• The Spectrum Communications Call Center
• BerryDunn Management Consulting
• Pine State Services

Thank you everyone who volunteered this week, including the Thursday volunteers who unloaded and put away the food from our huge TEFAP pickup!
